U-bolts for front axle:
The long one that goes around the case is a difficult one to find. MotorMite (the "HELP!" company) makes one that is 9.5" long and 3 3/16" in diameter. It is made out of 5/8" stock. The number is 35672 on the box but on the receipt it came up as 41140 which looks like a CarQuest number.
For the other three I used CarQuest part number 41132. It is 8 5/8" long and 3" in diameter. It is also made out of 5/8" stock. Each one is under $10 from CarQuest.


Front brake lines:
These ones are for the left front of a 1994 2wd 1 ton and are around 25" long. $13.99 at Advance Auto. Napa wants $16.69.

The actual right front one has a piece of metal on it for mounting. It costs $8 more than the others. I bought one and decided not to use it since it is shorter. The part numbers for it are:
